How you use your words in business can either create a beautiful relationship with a potential client or can leave a bad taste in their mouth.

Since most people are getting acquainted with your business online before they even call or request a meeting, the words on your website and social media presence matter even more.

I oftentimes tell my clients, "Your words matter...they matter a lot."

When was the last time someone said something to you - either good or bad - that immediately made you feel a certain way?

I love the Maya Angelou quote, "People may not remember what you said, but they remember how you made them feel."
